In order to practice sustainability, we only harvest mature wild agaves when producing our mezcal and gins. We source our agaves from highland and lowland and plant 5 new agaves plants in the wild in its native land. Our plant wastes are used as natural manure to feed the agaves in the wild. Our palenque is also powered by solar energy. We only use recycled materials to label and package our bottles.
